https://access.redhat.com/solutions/2063833, there is no lsblk on RHEL 5.
Could it be said that there is no solution for lsblk on RHEL 5?

man lsblk, section "NOTES", says that it needs/sys/dev/block, that was introduced in kernel 2.6.27. Officially, RHEL 5 uses kernel versions up to 2.16.18-398.
