& at the end of the file(sqlplus username/pwd @Test_table& ) is not allowing my variable($SCHMEA) to replace inside the file . sed -i "s/abc/$SCHEMA/g" test_table.sql

Presumably the question is how to resolve an error?? In order to get help you should probably post a copy of the file (or at minimum the relevant lines), the command you're running, and the error.
