How to create hyperlink in shell script?

I want to create a hyperlink in shell script. When the command run the output of the script should be hyperlink. if link is clicked it should automatically redirected to the respective website.



I tried in many different methods. How can i do that? I tried like



echo"http.example.com"
Its not working.

Yes, You can use echo -e, on gnome-terminal, eg.,



 echo -e 'e]8;;http://example.comaThis is a hyperlinke]8;;a'  


Hold Ctrl while clicking on the string.
