Kernel panic not syncing : System is deadlocked on memory

0

I updated my Ubuntu 14.04 kernel to 4.19, however, when I reboot there's a error: Kernel panic - not syncing: System is deadlocked on memory.
It remains there, and I don't know what to do.
enter image description here

  1. I have made my kernel several times and installed the modules, there's no error show in the old terminal.

  2. I used GParted to enlarge my dev/sda1,and I have set the Swap area, all done.

  3. Everything is pretty well about the old kernel. I can login and use smoothly.

4.Command I have used:#sudo cp /boot/config-**** .config; # sudo make menuconfig;#sudo make -j4;#sudo make modules_install;#sudo make install;#reboot; As for the syscall,I just add a very simple helloword in the sys.c and I have added it in the syscalls.h and syscall_64.tbl.
What's more,I didn't change anything after I #make menuconfig.

I would be really appreciate if you could help me out.
