Can't Install libmariadbclient-dev on Debian 9.6 with MariaDB 10.3

0

I have installed a new Debian 9.6 with the Netinstall, have installed mariaDB 10.3 from MariaDB Repo.

When I try to Install the libmariadbclient-dev I get this:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libmariadbclient-dev : Depends: libmariadbclient18 (= 10.1.37-0+deb9u1) but 1:10.3.12+maria~stretch is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Givs a Repo for this package?
