Can't get IP from router with Static IP
I am trying to setup my computer to use a Static IP. Here is what my /etc/network/interfaces file looks like:
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
iface eth0 inet static
address 192.168.1.128
netmask 255.255.255.0
network 192.168.1.0
broadcast 192.168.1.255
gateway 192.168.1.1
And my /etc/resolv.conf file:
nameserver 192.168.1.1
It doesn't appear under DHCP Clients on my router (DD-WRT) admin page.
Thanks in advance.

The "DHCP Clients" list is a list of machines that have asked the router for an address; those configured for dynamic addresses. You've configured a static address, so it's not asking the router for a DHCP address, and so it won't show as a DHCP client.
