I add this dag in my CentOS-Base.repo,

[dag]
name=Dag RPM Repository for Red Hat Enterprise Linux
baseurl=http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el$releasever/en/$basearch/dag
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/RPM-GPG-KEY.dag.txt
enabled=1

when I install the rrdtool, I get error:

failure: repodata/repomd.xml from dag: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el7/en/x86_64/dag/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] curl#6
- "Could not resolve host: apt.sw.be; Unknown error"

  • A bit of digging shows that most of RPMs from the DAG repository eventually moved to RepoForge, which was then declared 'dead' in 2016. There is a website for rrdtool, so maybe you can download the source and build it yourself.
