Snaps vs Original/Noraml install

0

I am planning on installing NextCloud and I wonder if I should use snaps or not. I have a few questions:

  • Which is more secure?

  • Which is more reliable?

  • Performance with each?

  • Can I still edit Apache files etc while running in snaps, if so how would I go around doing so?

  • Overall advantages/disadvantages for using snaps?

The server it's self will be dedicated to running Nextcloud so I don't require anything else trying to run, unless I specifically need to do anything to secure snaps etc.
