How to add a system call to linux version 5.0 kernel?

-2

I am trying to add a system call to my personal download of the Linux 5.0 kernel. I know that there are guides for earlier Linux kernel versions, but as far as I can tell, they are outdated. I know that this involves modifying certain files in the Linux kernel, but I can not find which one(s) I need to modify and where.
